Refund policy

We at dinkeez are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are disappointed with the purchase, please review the guidelines below. 

• Merchandise purchased online at www.dinkeez.com can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt to receive a full refund.
• Returns must be initiated via email at hello@dinkeez.com. Items returned without emailing concerns first will not be accepted. 
• All items must be returned in unused and in original packaing. 
• Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
• Once we have have received and inspected your return, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
